About Me |

Menu and Recipe Analysis Program: is available for, but not limited to, restaurants, delicatessens, specialty store, food manufacturers, and cookbook authors. The program uses nutritional analysis software that contains the extensive USDA’s database plus many branded items. Over 100 nutrients are analyzed; reports are provided in a variety of formats, including the Nutrition Fact Panel, bar graph, and % nutrient make-up mix. |

Weight Management Program: is not the magic pill we dream of. My 30+ years as a Registered Dietitian has assured me that that does not exist. However, this program is an opportunity to alter your food consumption to a healthy level.
How it works: After a short meeting to review short and/or long term goals, a nutritional analysis survey is completed by you to capture a snapshot of your current normal diet. This information then professionally analyzed. A consultation occurs to review your dietary analysis which is used in combination with your prior stated goals to develop a diet and exercise program tailored to fit your needs. |

Medical Nutrition Therapy: is conducted by a Registered Dietitian with years of experience and constant updating of the latest information in the following areas, as well as other therapeutic diets, and including a combination of diets. Medical Nutrition Therapy can include creation of tailored diets for diabetes management, metabolic syndrome, heart healthy (low fat/low cholesterol) , celiac disease, etc.
